Service details are outlined in our pricing packages. Custom services are available upon request.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are billed on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s service.

• Ad spend is only billed if performance targets are met.

• No refunds for digital services already rendered.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary materials, platforms, and approvals. Delays in client response may affect service timelines.

5. Ownership and Access

Clients own 100% of their website upon project completion and payment. All design files, copy, and logins will be provided.

6. Review Tools

Standard and Premium clients receive an NFC review card or stand after payment. Feller Marketing Solutions LLC is not responsible for physical loss or damage of these tools once delivered.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate service at our discretion for abuse, nonpayment, or violations of these terms.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, including cookies and third-party analytics.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver exceptional results but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Feller Marketing Solutions LLC is not liable for loss of income, client dissatisfaction, or any indirect damages.

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the latest version of the Terms of Service.
